  Field User Guide

This guide is intended for a pilot who has already setup his helicopter to his liking and understands how to correctly adjust a CCPM helicopter. Newer pilots are recommended to use the other guides.

Step 1 Remove the bolt holding the head block onto the main shaft and the four links on the inside of the swash plate.
Step 2 Remove the head from your helicopter and slide the swash plate leveler onto the helicopter.
Step 3 Set the collective stick to center and adjust your links until all 3 points of the swash plate touch the leveling tool.
Step 4 Lower the collective stick to bottom and check the swash plate against the leveling tool. If its not level adjust this with your Transmitter CCPM ATV values.
Step 5 Raise the collective stick to the top and again check the swash plate for being level. Adjust the CCPM ATV values until the swash is touching the 3 points of the leveling tool.
Step 6 Put the head back onto the main shaft, connect the ball links and replace the head bolt.
Step 7 Your finished, go fly. Don't forget to not add trim to your helicopter, it will only disrupt the leveling you have just done.
